Independence Day Block Party!

Happy summer everyone!  Wanted to get a teaser out about the neighborhood 4th of July Celebration.  We've talked about having a block party and all pitching in 50-100$ to buy fireworks and have a big ole show!  Corey and I have been talking and think if we block the road off at the bottom of the hill (around the corner) where there are no houses and shoot fireworks off in the field (above) that would be a good plan.  We can bring out tables, chairs, grills, toys, and the kids can just play and play and play.  Looking at Saturday before the 4th (since the 4th is on wednesday), so that would be June 30th.  Let me know how this sounds and if everyone is available, and we can make more plans.
